In order to highlight the daily operation effect of internal audit and implement the working idea of “three quantification”, the second refinery workshop combined the key work and internal audit plan at the stage from March, and studied the management standards at the production meeting every Monday. At the same time of interpreting the content of the standard, the cadres in charge of each profession illustrate the key content of the standard and the problems that are easy to occur in the implementation process, combining the previous work experience, audit problems and accidents in the workshop.

Based on this, the second refinery workshop will further do detailed internal audit work, take problems and results as the guidance, start from the standard system, dig into the management reasons, develop a long-term mechanism, and realize the downward investigation of problems and upward pursuit of responsibilities.
