Standardize your lock-out plan through 6 steps

Most citations are due to the lack of proper locking procedures, program documentation, periodic inspections, or other program elements. However, it does not have to be this way! A little standardization of your lockout and tagout procedures can greatly ensure the safety of your employees and your overall compliance with regulations.
