Set up authorized personnel ledger for management

On-site Lockout/tagout process audit

(1) Evaluate and review the control points required for Lockout/tagout process on site.

(2) Responsible for preparing the Lockout/tagout process of the equipment on site and Posting it to the control point, and training the execution personnel of the process.

(3) Responsible for selecting appropriate Lockout/tagout, and purchasing relevant professional Lockout/tagout that are in short supply.

(4) Develop corrective and preventive action measures for processes that do not meet the requirements and supervise their implementation.

(5) Responsible for the preparation and implementation of Lockout tagout process involved in the construction of the relevant outsourcing party.

(6) Responsible for the management of the company’s Lockout tagout locks and hangings, and timely update the broken locks, hangings and lockboxes.

(7) Responsible for the establishment of the company’s Lockout/tagout point ledger management, at least once every year review evaluation.
