Prevent to get an electric shock
In summer, electrical and instrument equipment is prone to damage, aging and failure due to high temperature. Set up the power lines on the production site according to the requirements, and update the aging and damaged lines in time.
1. Strictly implement the electrical safety operation management regulations in the station area; Electrical personnel on duty should use insulation tools during the inspection of electrical posts, and insulation tools should be managed as labor protection supplies for electrical posts.
2. The key maintenance parts should be repaired by one person, supervised by one person, and protective and preventive measures should be taken at all times.
3. Before maintenance of electrical equipment (including rotating equipment), power off, tag out and monitor by special person.
4. If the electrical and instrument facilities fail, the process personnel must notify the electrical instrument personnel for maintenance, and non-professional personnel are strictly prohibited for private maintenance.
