LOTO- Personnel responsibilities-Team leader and department manager
Responsible for completing the detailed Lockout tagout procedure for each device requiring Lockout tagout.
Develop and maintain a list of LOTO authorized personnel
Issue locks to authorized personnel for Lockout tagout
Ensure that all affected personnel also receive appropriate Lockout Tagout training
Ensure that an active version of the Lockout Tagout program is provided to employees
Carry out qualification verification and routine inspection of authorized personnel
Strengthen the implementation of company-level corresponding reward and punishment system, including Lockout tagout, to enforce the company’s disciplinary rules for violators.

Personnel responsibilities -LOTO Champions and EHS personnel
Coordinate the Lockout Tagout project
Provide training on general methods of Lockout tagout
Train and assist in regular inspection
Maintain specific Lockout Tagout procedure files for each device, regularly check records and training records.
Conduct annual Lockout tagout project evaluation and update as necessary.
