Steam turbine sealing oil system and lubricating oil system are put into operation, and the turning device is in a static or rotating state.
Contact maintenance personnel to prepare about 60 bottles of carbon dioxide and transport them to the bus bar.
Contact chemistry specializes in making enough hydrogen.
Check that the maintenance of the hydrogen system, lubricating oil, and sealing oil system is complete.
Put a cordon around the generator hydrogen system and hang a “Hydrogen replacement, static fireworks” sign.
Clean up hot work within 20 meters of hydrogen system
Generator wind pressure test is qualified, sealing oil differential pressure valve works normally.
Contact chemical personnel to measure co2 concentration above 98 and hydrogen purity above 99%.
Exit hydrogen temperature detector and put hydrogen purity analyzer in normal condition.
Contact electrical professional for carbon dioxide heating device, tracing belt power supply, confirm ready to put into use.
Labor protection articles and tools.
1. Check that labor protection products are fully dressed, safety helmet with the jaw belt fastened, clothing cuffs tightened, and labor protection shoes with nails are not worn.
2. Prepare two walkie-talkies (sufficient power), two copper spanners, two portable hydrogen leakage detectors and a multi-functional gas detector (sufficient power).
Iii. Main risks in the process of operation:
Hydrogen explosion, spark in the process of operation, generator oil, hydrogen condensation, dead corner row is not clean, hydrogen purity is not qualified.
