Unique – only one key > No copying or second party escrow of keys.
Identifiable – Labels must be attached to individual padlocks stating:
Job type
Time and date used
Personally identifiable information

The information on the Lockout tag should say:
Previous information
Name of the responsible person who uses the Lockout tag
Clearly stated:
Only the confirmed responsible person has the right to rescind
If someone else deactivates the device or restores power to the MEP, it’s totally against the rules

Post a notification on the quarantine point placed by the Lockout tag.
