Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, An industrial accident occurred at around 9am on December 6. A 60-year-old worker was working at a cement factory on Fu UK Road when he found a transport belt suspected to be faulty and stopped operation. He did not perform Lockout tagout. Fellow workers, immediately call the police for help.
Police and firefighters were called to the scene and spent more than half an hour to free him. He was carried to the ground on a stretcher. He fell into a coma, but was rushed to Yan Chai Hospital where he died.
