Cable Lockouts

A range of cable lockout devices from Lockey.

A cable lockout is a very versatile lockout device. A long flexible cable can be passed around an assortment of prime mover isolating devices e.g. Valve wheels and levers and electrical switchgear handles. The cable passes back into the locking device and is secured in place with a padlock.

Our cable lockout equipment is an easy-to-use multi-purpose energy isolation solution that is ideal for unusual devices that are difficult to lock using conventional means.

Cable lockouts are for use on devices difficult to lock through conventional means. They cinch cables in place to keep handles and/or valves in a locked off position and isolate valves or electrical handles. Cable lockouts are ideal for use in industrial or commercial applications.

Lockout

The Lockout Tagout does not cut off the device's power. Using the Lockout tag only after isolating the power source does not provide any real protection. Need to be used in conjunction with a lock device.

Additional Requirements for Lockout Tag: - Additional training is required for the affected person - additional safety guidance must be used to ensure that the same level of safety is achieved for locking.

Lockout tag requirements

Lockey's Lockout Tag is very durable, and locks and Lockout Tags can withstand the environment in which they are used; Lockey's Lockout tag is strong enough that the lock and the Lockout tag are strong enough that they cannot be removed without the use of external forces. The Lockout Tag is also identifiable. The Lockout Tag should be attached to the lock, stating the name of the owner and the work being done;

circuit breaker lockout

The utility model relates to a circuit breaker safety lockout device, in which a padlock fastener is arranged at the corresponding position of the face cover of the mounting case and the breaker opening button, and a padlock is arranged to lock the circuit breaker button through the fastener and the padlock. The utility model can effectively avoid serious personal casualties or major accidents of electrical line equipment, eliminate the hidden danger of safety and improve the safety of electricity use.

lockout station

The lockout workstation is divided into integrated advanced security lockout station, modular advanced lockout station, metal lockout rack, portable lockout rack, portable common lockout box, lockout management station, key management station, etc.

Key storage device designed for locking of large equipment.

valve lockout

The valve lockout is mainly used to lock the valve and protect the safety of the valve. Whether the valve lockout is applied or not is related to the importance of safe operation. Some valves are often open and some valves are often closed, so it is necessary to consider safety to avoid misoperation.

Valve lockouts belong to a category of industrial safety locks, the purpose of which is to ensure that the equipment with the valve is absolutely closed and the equipment is maintained in a safe state. Locks are used to prevent accidental operation of equipment, resulting in injury or death. They also serve another purpose as a warning.

Electrical Lockout

The main power switch is the main lock point of the electrical drive equipment, and the auxiliary control equipment such as field start/stop switch is not the lock point. If the voltage is lower than 220V and the power supply is connected by a plug, the plug can be effectively isolated by unplugging. If the plug is not in the line of sight of the staff, the plug must be Lockout or tagout. If the loop is powered by fuse/relay control panel and cannot be locked, the fuse must be removed and the "dangerous/do not operate" tag must be hung.
