Usage Instruction:

1. Remove the valve handle, either close or open position.

2. Open the red plastic cover of the lockout, and put the lockout bag around the handle

3. Put the valve handle into the bottom bag of the lockout and zip up.

4. Put the black cables through the zipper and lock inside the red cover.

5. close the red plastic cover to protect the valve from being fitted with the handle.

6. Put padlocks on the key hole to lock out.
