Prepare ahead of time: Know the power source of the device and prepare to turn it off;
Clean up the site: do not leave irrelevant personnel and equipment in the work area
Timely communication: inform relevant personnel who may be affected by equipment isolation;
Shut down equipment: power off or clean up residual chemicals, and place labels;
Energy isolation: Complete energy isolation, and personally take care of the key of the locking device;
Release energy: Release dangerous energy stored in equipment, such as storage pressure, gas and residual chemicals
Verify: Make sure the above steps are complete and effective
