After the maintenance is completed, the unlocking and resumption of work should be carried out in the reverse order of isolation to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
On-site cleaning and inspection: Maintenance personnel clear the operation site, remove tools, materials, waste materials, etc., check whether there are any foreign objects remaining inside the equipment (such as tools, rags), and confirm that the maintenance parts are installed properly and firmly connected. For instance, when assembling mechanical components, it is necessary to check whether the bolts are tightened and whether the safety protection devices are reset.
Item-by-item unlocking and energy recovery: After all workers confirm the completion of the maintenance, remove their personal locks. The person in charge must check that all personal locks on the collective lock box have been removed before opening the collective lock box. The energy isolation points should be unlocked item by item in the order of “restoring the medium/hydraulic/pneumatic first, then restoring the power supply”. After unlocking, slowly restore the energy supply and observe whether there is any abnormal leakage, vibration or abnormal noise in the device.
Trial operation and acceptance: Before starting the equipment, notify all irrelevant personnel to stay away from the equipment area. After startup, conduct a no-load trial run to check whether all functions of the equipment are normal and whether the operating parameters are stable. After the trial operation is qualified, the Equipment Department, the Safety Department and the user team shall jointly conduct the acceptance and sign the “LOTO Operation Acceptance Form” before officially resuming production.
