Collective lock handover

1. When the work has not been completed during the shift, the collective lock of the local unit, the individual lock and the “dangerous forbidden operation” tag can not be lifted.
2. The successor must first lock the collective lock box of the subordinate unit with his personal lock before the handover can remove his personal lock.
Construction unit
After the handover person waits for the successor to lock the collective lock box in the subordinate unit first, the handover person can lift the individual lock.
Before the personnel of the construction unit leave the site, the person in charge of the construction unit and all the construction personnel shall lift the individual lock and the “dangerous prohibited operation” sign attached to the unit’s collective lock box.
If the work will last several shifts, the person in charge of the local unit and the construction unit may allow the personal safety lock to continue to be locked, and the worker may not unlock the lock until he/she has obtained the permission of his/her person in charge before leaving the site.

Lockout Tagout — Unlock not properly
When the work part is in emergency condition and needs to be unlocked, consider using the spare key first. If the spare key cannot be obtained in time, it can be unlocked by other secure means with the consent of the person in charge of the territory (or its authorized person). Unlocking shall ensure the safety of personnel and facilities and shall promptly notify the relevant personnel of LOCKOUT TAGOUT upon unlocking.
