a) Lock valves out in seconds by feeding cable lockout device CB01 through desired eyelet and around valve neck to secure the valve from being operated.

b) Made from nylon PA, durable, lightweight thermoplastic material, very high chemical resistantant and effectively performed in extreme environments.

c) Directional application arrows allow for ease of installation and minimize user error.

d) Stainless steel rivet allows device to smoothly pivot open and closed to ensure proper fit.
