38mm Nylon Short Shackle Safety Padlock CP38P

a) Reinforced nylon body, withstand temperature from -20℃ to +80℃. The steel shackle is chrome plated; the non-conductive shackle is made from nylon, withstand temperature from -20℃ to +120℃, ensuring the strength and deformation fracture not easily.

b)Key Retaining Feature: When the shackle is open, the key can’t be removed.

c) Copper lock core setting, elastic ball mode, wear-resistant, rustproof and non-deformation. Exquisite internal structure, open the internal spring sheet smoothly. Thetechnology is more perfect, the safety protection performance is more advanced, the mutual opening rate is lower.

d) The key new upgrade – with atomic lock key, opening the lock more smoothly.

     KD (keyed differ): Each lock is opened by its own unique key. Perfect for simple lockout applications and a manageable number of energy isolation points.

     KA (keyed alike): Each lock in the group can be opened with the same key. Reduces number of keys needed to carry. Ideal for individuals or trades responsible for multiple machines or isolation points

     MK (Master keyed): Each group of locks (KA / KD) can be opened with a master key. Useful for larger complex systems when supervisory access may be required. 

    GMK (Grand master keyed): A single key can open all sets of padlocks in the system. Useful when supervisory or managerial access to all locks is needed.
